The Art of Embalming

Embalming includes the preservation of the body, after death, by chemical or magical means. It was a highly developed art in dynastic Prandor.  
Embalming in Prandor entailed immersion of the body into a soda solution and the filling of all body cavities with aromatic resins and magically embued spices. 
Many of the spices and resins used by Pradoran embalming specialists are no longer available to modern embalmers.
